Not sure if this will be of any help, but after I had taken out my washer reservoir to make some room for some work I was doing, when I put it back in it didn't work.

All I did was play around with the plug that goes to the pump motor on the bottom of the reservoir and after messing with it for a minute or so it worked just fine

Do you have a Multimeter? If so unplug the harness from the pump and check for power.

Do you hear the pump at all? if not then check the connector with a multimeter. it may not be getting power or the pump may be shot!

Last response to this thread was 4 months ago. My guess is the OP fingered it out.

Does not matter what kind of forum this is. Failure to abide by the rules will get you nowhere. How are members going to search for information when the keywords are not spelled correctly?
