Ok so i had a nice week long project tearing apart my front end and replacing it. ended with $1500'spent. Anyways though, after getting everything put back together and running great with my new neon trans and exedy clutch and act fly. When i go to turn on my low beams, nothing. My highs work just fine along with my running lights and turn signals. nothings unplugged and its weird for both to not work, so they cant be blown. Any ideas or suggestions?

(i need them to work becuase i dont get off work till 10 at night so its dark when i drive home and this is my DD)
