Does anyone else have the problem with power windows, with the windows up there is a clearance issue with the window and the seal? min has a gap and leaks. time for a new seal or adjustmentt on the windows....Also they rattle all the way down if that helps.

Most of the time the rattling is due to the front mount. You can pull it out of the speaker hole and push the open rectangle that slides on the track together some more. Hard to explain but very apparent when you see it.
Visit http://nawdu.de/files (Thanks DarkOne!) and download the FSM. Under the body section (IIRC, dont hold me to it!)is the procedure for adjusting the windows.
A couple of hours and it will be like you have new windows
