The white plug attaches to the very bottom terminal and the black plug attaches to the side terminal.

Does some wire short out or something? everyone that I know with 2g eclipse has this problem, even me. never use it, but now that my boss keeps calling me in all the time, I need to fix it to have my phone always charged...

Mine's been bad for years and I keep looking for a good one at the yards, but they're all rusted or corroded.

Maybe I should just break down and buy a new one from satan. I might just get a power outlet kit and rewire it to the armrest box and use that spot for a gauge though.
