Was looking into headlights from my talon. Saw a cool set but it said they were for 97-99. are they different between 96 and the 97-99 models?

yup, the 97+ headlights are different. you can swap to a 97+ front end 'though, and they will sit flush with it.

No you can't. With the factory pieces that you have, you can't.

they will bolt up, but it will look FUNKY FUNKY FUNKY. the headlights will stick past the groves in the bumper about an inch if they even fit around them at all.
