#101544, "Black tar crap"

Ok so I just switched my window motor and I have made a mess with that black tar crap that holds the plastic on the door. The question I have what can I use to clean this crap off. I spread it into the house from my clothes and I hate it. Also got it on my window that is tinted. I think I have a problem on my hands.....
