so it's not going on my eclipse cuz i'm still trying to figure out what i want to do to that and as for the neon that is what it is going on. so the car is origanlly silver metallic and i want to give it some bang but stick with the silver look you know??? and if all goes well then i will doe the same for the eclipse and then post some pics. so what i need is a list of every thing i need paint wise with codes from house of color like primer and base coat and clear and how much for each coat. and if you can tell i am a newbie with this thats another reason why i am starting with the neon and not the eclipse. and it a newer neon by the way. thanks guys

they have too much stuff to list like you want because of the varied options.

unless you need a specific pearl or other extreme color combination id save some money by avoid HoK and go with BASF of PPG for "Stock"ish colors.
but it also depends on who is shooting it as well, they might know somthing you dont.
for my black i had origionally pick out a Ferrari "Nero" black that i thought looked hot, once i talked to the shop he laughed and said we were using somthign else instead. i asked him why i couldnt have what i wanted.
"well, that paint costs more then your car because of the ferrari logo, this stuff is the same thing, same color just without the fancy italian smell" lol

weell that save me time an effort searching thru all of house of colors stuff but yeah kinda like stock but with that little extra kick to it so it kinda grabs your eye you know what i mean??? well shoot me some ideas i might even fenture away from silver into some thing else

one other thing i did was go to the car dealers around town and look on the lot for something you like, (ie lexus arctic pearl) since most of the time a "stock" color is cheaper then using your own mix plus if anything ever happens then its easier to match by any other paint shop, just keep in mind that the higher the grade of car the higher the grade of paint.
but the paint shop can take a stock color and make it awsome if they put the effort into color sanding and eliminating the orange peel of low grade shoots

as far as silvers go, i think mopar has a grey/silver/gunmetal metalic out for the dodges that you might want to look at.

If this is your first time painting a complete car, and your first time using HOK, plan on sanding it all back down and redoing it when yoru done, because more than likely, it will not turn out good to be honest.

HOK paint is pretty tricky, and especially your first time...

If I were you, if you want something suttle but gives a catch to an eye, spray it the factory silver color and throw some blue pearl in with the clear coat, its sexy.
