i bought an oem bumper from a junkyard and was wondering on how to go about attaching it? Is there anywhere i can buy the fastners or should i use self taping screws? Also if im using self fastners screws where should i drill the screws into? Any help is appreciated

Well, if its an OEM one... mount it like your normal one is mounted?

well what would work best to fasten them to the bumper? Should i get self taping screws or try and find the bumper clips? Im leaning more towards the screws? What have you guys used?

do you not have any hardware from your old bumper?

an oem bumper should be pre drilled for all the mounting spots you need and you'd put the special stepped bolts that are on the car already back in their spots.

no i do not have any of the bolts. i do have the holes where they where originally mounted??

get M6x1.0 bolts and some decently wide washers. do you have the metal plates that the bolts pass through? if not go buy them from a dealer you'll rip through the thin urethane without them if you overtighten the bolts.
