#101023, "Striker Plates for Doors (99 RS)"

Hey, I am having issues with the striker plates on my car, causing the doors to not shut smoothly. The material on the plates has worn down and i was wondering if anyone can point me in to the direction as to where i can find new ones, or how to replace my old ones. Thanks for your time guys.

level your doors and it will work much better, otherwise you will just mess up your new strike plate.

since our doors dont have a window frame they tend to sag a little over time.
its pretty simple with just std wrenches and a jack. (should be in the chiltons manual)

If you look at his sig he has lambo doors, so he might not be able to align them that easy. Not sure because I dont own those doors. If you need the plates I would say either the junkyard or satan.

Ditch the lambo doors or it's going to happen again.

This is exactly why i wont put lambo doors on my car, they look great but are a pain in the ass. You always have something that doesnt work quite right. Good luck

IMO 2G's are one of the few cars that can pull off the lambo doors but messing with your doors opens up a whole can of worms that isn't worth the cost or headache. The outrageous cost of decent bolt on kits could be put to way better use *cough, turbo! cough*
