wetsand them with 1000-1500 grit sand paper, and then buff them out or clear coat them.

After wetsanding get some Meguiars Plast-X and a buffer. buff the hell out of them. they'll probably still have a hint of yellowing but they'll be nice and clear

I agree wetsand and buff. You may beable to use plastic renew as well. I know they sell it at atv/motorcycle shops and it works great for fine scratches and finish
