Last night, I was locking up the car befor I went inside for the night. Since my car was recently broken into i decided to lock the glove box aswell. So I poped my key in, turned it all the was to the right so the opening is horizontal and went to bed. This morning I tried to unlock it and it wont budge at all. I poped in the key and jiggle it left and right and try to turn it but it still wont budge. A buddys of mines glove box did the same thing, we ended up taking a drill and drilling it open and just bought him a new one. rather then break it, is there any way i can open it, maybe a screw in the back or something?
Thanks, -Cody

Try spraying some wd40 into the lock. Same thing happened to my door and trunk locks (all at the same time). Sprayed some in let it sit for a bit then 2 out of the 3 worked fine.

Same thing happened to me, but it eventually gave. Don't our cars have a master key and a valet key? Maybe you just have the valet, although I wouldn't think you'd be able to lock it.
