Does any one know anything about this hood??? I was wanting to know if they were open of if it is blocked of... Also if you have one how do you like it?

To me they look like my old 79 Z28 Camaro's hood. It was blocked off but I cut it open to fab a functional ram air and rigged a push/pull lever to open and close it so I didn't have to worry about the rain...

I have the fiberglass style and it is vented.
