he bought my car- hes debating whether or not to keep the CF hood or keep the stock hood- the CF hood is kinda damaged with alot of cloudiness and cracks in the gelcoat. My idea was to paint the hood and leave the vent and back CF.

Ya, I really like the VIS Invader but I wasn't sure if it will come out good if I has it painted like Evan mentioned. So basically it's OEM red hood, VIS Invader that I have now and get some paint work done to it, or a new VIS Invader and leave it all cf.

sorry, it was more of a joke, i would love that hood, depending on how bad it is, but right now my money's tied up trying to get my turbo setup together but if you do decide to sell in a few weeks or so and it doesn't really need to be painted....we'll see

I mean it looks good from a distance but up close it kinda looks like someone threw a protein shake on it.

yeah that doesn't sound like somethin i really wanna mess with, if you've got it already though i think i'd keep it, depending on where it looks like protein stains you might be able to do something nice with it like this

Ya, I'm still deciding.

Problem is the majority of the stain is in the center of the hood behind the scoop and idk if they could fix it since I've heard mixed things about sanding CF.
