you can actually do an hid setup for really cheap. its a DIY deal but can be done for under 200$

whoops forgot about this thread, sorry all... all you need to do is pick up two 70-75 watt Metal halide electronic ballasts from ebay, the end caps to put the bulbs into and convert it from 120v to 12v. wire it up and your good to go. and dont forget the bulbs, lower the K the whiter the light the higher the more blue.

if you are gonna do it then do it right. http://hidforum.com read up. I'd use projector kits from http://www.hidtech.com so the beams wouldn't go all over the places and cause other people to hate you for it.
