Alright, I searched for a couple hours and I couldn't find what I wanted

I was wondering if anyone on here has a 96 Talon/Eclipse with the original head lights, and painted the housing for the headlights black....

alright if I went with projectors (97), would I have to change my front bumper or my fenders? I have a 96 front as it is....

You don't have to change bumpers, 97+ lights will still fit, BUT there will be a fairly ugly gap where the 97+ lights aren't as long as the 95/96 lights.

more on the way

this gap can be covered with a set of the GTS headlight covers. I had the projectors in the Talon a while back and the Talon covers (in that mock carbon fiber) covered the gap. They did stick out on the sides a bit, but it's just up to you.
