The work I can live with.....the rust on the talon I could not. I made sure not to make the same mistake twice when I grabbed this shell.

Just to make it clear, Everything from the talon will be going over to the Eclipse. The eclipse is just a basic shell. Talon had to much rust on it and would cost to much money to repair. I may keep to learn how to weld on. Maybe fix it up myself.

Is that a modified stock front bumper?

Get the 97-99 sideskirts, rear, and turbo wing and slap a fresh coat of paint on there.

And thats a NO NO on those cynder blocks. A good friend of my dad's was killed doing that.

I don't plan on going under the car while its on the blocks. I just needed the wheels and suspension to get the eclipse on the trailer and home.

That first pic is priceless. That's a huge front mount. Would it be the largest Precision makes? Sounds like a sensible project to me.

Definetly looks to be in pretty good shape. Also already has a 2Gb front bumper.

Congrats on the new car. Bumper looks like it's ready for that large FMIC. You going to transfer everything over from the Talon or you have a new setup planned for the GSX?

cut out the rust on the talon and weld it into a race chassis. if you fuck up, oh well.

i dont know your setup or anything, but damn that front mount is huge. a smaller front mount with a nitrogen spray on would probably be alot better for performance and for keeping engine temperatures down, or do you just do it big

yeah i jsut noticed also that the fron bumper has the foglights "shaved". Nice to see something that will set you aside form the others besides your little FMIC . good luck with the transfer of parts. I had to do that when my other gsx was rear ended.
