About a week and a half ago jeff and matt helped me install my 255. The car is set at 19psi and feels awesome. Im getting 33lbs/min but my timing isnt the best. Im currently running on a base setting tune for 650cc through DSMLink. I was getting zero knock the night of the fuel pump install, but i put a tank of Shell 93 octane in a few days later and now i get at the MOST 2.5 counts at WOT passed 6k(usually 1.4 or less if any). Im going to try and go back to Mobil 93 and see if the knock go's away. Anyway, with that said, my car is getting SHITTY gas mileage. I have a hair under a qtr tank left and have only driven 165 miles. Before the turbo/650cc i would get about 300 miles avg city driving, with some highway. Then after the turbo/650cc i was getting like 270, like 95% city, no big deal. But now since i installed the fuel pump it's terrible. Anyone have any idea's ? thanks.

If you are running base settings on DSMlink I would think that is your problem. BigBald can correct me if I have something wrong here, but you should be running -31% over the entire fuel curve (far far right adjustment) and as you go into higher rpms, you should be pulling even more fuel away.
When my car was running good, I was running the base -18% for the injectors and at WOT I had my settings pulling out an extra 18-20% after 3500 rpms and a gradual decrease from -5% at 500pms to -18% at 3500 rpms.
If you pull more fuel away, you are bound to get better mileage but you could also be getting knock because you are running too rich. Knock = too rich or too lean.
I have been averaging about 18 mpg with mixed city driving and spirited freeway driving and that's AWD, so you should do better than that.
Edit: Also, are you running an AFPR? If not, the 255 will outflow the stock fuel pressure regulator and you will be running much higher fuel pressure than you should be.
check out www.fullspeedandthrottle.com for their AFPR, I've had mine for over a year w/o any problems. Also order a cheap B&M fuel pressure gauge or get a nice electric fuel pressure gauge so you can tell where your fuel pressure is set.

i was getting 18mpg with my 16g tuned. Roughly 288 miles with each full tank of gas. Could have been alittle more and this is with stock FPR. An aftermarket AFPR will help you with your Gas Mileage. If you go WOT alot then tuning the car will help you with you mileage some more with that mileage.

haha on my t3t4 i only got 200 miles to a tank, and it is tuned, afpr, dsmlink, 255 high pressure walboro... hopefully after turbo trix tunes that shit it will be alot better in NJ today i saw 2.62 for gas damn...
