Maybe a stupid question but will the three inch pipe bolt up okay to the stock cat untill I find a 3inch test pipe. Also any idea where I can get a 3" test pipe or resonator that will bolt in there.

Probably going to need an adapter. PaceSetter downpipes come with one, which takes the 3" pipe down to 2.5" allowing you to kinda half-ass bolt it to stock cat. Why'd you get a short downpipe if you're gonna put a test pipe on anyways?

For all emissions purposes, get your sticker with stock exhaust (if u have emissions to pass) And then get any good quality downpipe (Apex'i N1 and GT, RRE, and so many more) which include a 12" extended length of 3" wide pipe that REPLACES your cat entirely.

Example, an Apex'i N1 Downpipe and Cat-back exhaust has your exhuast flowing 2.5 - 3.0" from after your o2 sensor housing back. Sold for about $700 shipped for both.

If you want a Megan racing downpipe 3" w/ the adapter for an N1 catback, which you shouldn't need if you are bolting up to a stock catback, I'll have one for sale after this weekend. $150 + shipping if you want. All it will need is one gasket at the catback.

I love the downpipe, but I'm selling to buy a downpipe w/ a 3" high flow cat included.

PM me if you are interested or have questions.

Yeah Im pretty sure now that Im going to buy the apexi down pipe but Im not sure on the muffler. I need a catback that will be fairly quiet at idle and when cruising.
