I've been a lazy ass lately, not modding my car, and just wasting money on useless crap. A friend of mine whom I rarely see, gave me a T-25, for FREE! Now, I wanna get some more ponies out of my car, and I was kinda thinking a T-28 conversion could hold me off until that dream of rebuilding my engine, trans, and throwing a ridonculously HUGE turbo on my car.
How much HP does a T-28 flow? I've seen a lot of different kinds, any real differences? Where can I send in this T-25 and have it converted? Does condition matter A LOT? (possible shaft-play)

For those that want a stock appearing turbo (or has Smog issues), the T-28 is a excellent replacement. There are a few variations that you can do with the T-28 using the T-25 housing.
HP limits around 360 to around 390 ish (all usable power). Plenty for a daily FWD IMO.
Even after the install kit for the 16-g it comes out to about the same anyways.
