hey guys help me out here. i got a 99 gst..pretty good car. when i accelerate, she kinda stumbles and hesitates. it feels like she wants to go, but somethins holdin her back. what could it be? i checked for leaks and tightened up the piping. i lowered the boost. was doing max boost for a T-25. could it be my plugs? or wires? if so, what plugs would best for me to use for now and gapped to what? thanks guys...help me out.

I had the same problem, plugs and wires fixed it. Try some good Magnacore 8.5 wires and only use NGK plugs. If you are running higher boost, then get the BPR7ES. Make sure you get the Resistance plugs.

I use OEM wires from the dealer, as do many other high hp DSM's. They aren't even that much after the club discount (~$50).

My VR4 does the same thing. I assume it pops during WOT? Usually doesn't happen until 2nd and 3rd gear, depending on how I shift/downshift. I would assume it's plugs/wires.
