I have an AT 93 Galant NT SOHC, with a bad trans, and I have available to me a 1G Talon NT DOHC MT car..I was wondering if i can swap in the MT from the talon to the Galant. From what i could find, the trans is the one that comes standard in the MT galants, so all i would have to do is drill the holes for everything, and bolt it all up. Can anyone confirm this?? I need to get this galant out of my hair lol...

I dunno, Matt. You might run a search over on Galantvr4.org. I can't say that I think it's impossible, but I can't say too much about it being possible, either.

Well i know the trans will bolt up..Its a SOHC 4g63..I matched the manual trans model numbers from the 90 talon, to the manual trans model number for a Galant that came with a MT, so it should bolt up without issue. I guess i'm more concerned with there being the necessary "factory cutouts" in the firewall, and the required mounting locations/fitment in the galant..everything else is just wrench work..
