Well my brother and I went to check out the car today and I want your guys's opinions on how much the car is worth. Ok here it is a 91 Tsi AWD, power windows and locks, no radio, 169k miles, needs 4 tires, oil leak somewhere inside the timing belt cover(or at least it looks like it's from there), interior needs cleaned but isn't too extremely bad, paint is fading everywere pretty much. The guy's wife said he didn't feel like dealing today , so we didn't get to start it up, but the clutch feels a little worn i think, the gears seem to be pretty smooth from what I could tell(5-speed by the way). So what I'm asking is what should we look out for and how much does it sound like it's worth so far? Thanks y'all. Oh yeah and I don't think it's been started for quite sometime, but the guy told my brother earlier that he drove it and the boost went pretty much all the way.

I'll probably be selling my Talon in the spring.
I just ordered 4 brand new tires, paint is decent, interior is pretty nice, 130K, A/T.
Has following from 5-speed car-14b, head/cams, injectors. Only mods are free mods and K&N. I just put in a new thermostat and front axle.
I'm gonna start by asking for $2000 but will settle for $1750.

Yeah I know you really need to drive it, I guess what I meant was that the gears were actually ther . But yea my brother is goin to go drive it tomorrow and see about the price. If this deal doesn't go through then I think he's goin to look for a 2 door 5-speed neon like one he had back in the day.
