im on my way back from lunch and i see smoke coming out from under my hood. i pull over and see oil everywhere. the oil cap was on tight but there was oil all up in the spark plug ditch and draining out of the drainage hole onto the header. i must say i need to thank whoever invented that drainage hole to strategically put it over the header so it would smoke giving me something to notice. are there any other places the oil could have come from besids the cap. i called my mom and had her stop by pep boys and get me an oil cap and 3 quarts of synthetic.

Do you have a 4g63? Check the dipstick. Sometimes it pops out and if you boost alot it'll get oil everywhere.

have you changed your sprkplug and VC gaskets? Once those wear its oil everywhere.....

i put a new "polished valve cap on" made in mexico it says on it but it works 10times better now

get ma stock 95 oil cap... Jeff hill told me about it and when i had swaped it in I never leaked oil again... always was leaking before with the BS caps that auto parts sell.... they cost about 30-35 bucks but will last forever.... and mine didn't even leak under 23psi
