I have a 1G Eclipse GSX and a yellow light just came on my dash last night. I dont have a pic but the best way to describe it is this ... its a yellow light and it looks like a house. It has like 3 or 4 poles going upward and a base and a top on the pole looking things. Does anyone know what light this is and what it is indicating? My car is making a weird ticking noise too and wants to stall out and has a real bad idle. Any ideas of the light or what my prob is here!? Thanks.

you're low on coolant. That is a pic of a radiator. Filll the overflow bottle and it'll go away.

Thats the birdcage light!

It comes on either by itself which means youre low on coolant, or it comes on with the battery and some other lights sorta dimly, which means your alternator is dead.

coolant. that is what it was. i knew it, i really did.
