Which sensor? The one on the o2 sensor housing or the one after the cat?

Here's a question, what is the best kind of o2 sensor to get? Is it going to be hard to install a universal? I know NTK has OE specific and universal ones. An OE goes for about $65-80 depending on where I get it from. The Universals are as low as $45. Any ideas?

The one after your cat simply tells your computer that the cat is working, it's the one in the o2 housing on your turbo.
