Okay, first: Mods are:
BR 16G
2G Manifold
Walbro 255lph FP
3" Exhaust
2.5" Downpipe
Greddy Type S BOV

Now the Problem:
I've been switching back and forth between venting into the atmosphere and recirculating the charge back into the intake from the BOV. Regardless of what I do, The car has this strange hesitation when boost is coming on if I go over like 1/2 throttle. It's like it's missing or something. The boost will start to come on and then it's just like, hesitation. I am trying new plugs/wires tomorrow, but do you have any other ideas? Whenever I vent to the atmosphere the problem seems less severe, which leads me to believe that I'm experiencing this hesitation due to a lean condition, which is momentarily solved by the extra fuel provided when I vent to the atmosphere. Any Ideas? I'm on the stock 1G MAS.

Well I can't emphasize enough, do NOT vent. there are countless people and threads on tuners/talk/etc. where venting is shown to be just not worth it.

As for the hesitiation, it could very easily be a lean condition, as too little fuel would cause knock which would pull back your timing considerably.

Are you running an MBC? How much boost? Do you have an SAFC or pocketlogger? This info will help assess the problem as well.

It's running again shitheads.

No Boost Controller, and the Boost Control Solenoid is disconnected. The car will boost usually up to around 10 pounds, sometimes it'll go to 15, but when it does, it's not pulling any harder and is hesitating. I don't have an AFC or anything of the sort... where should I go from here? I didn't put the new FP in, so I'm thinking that they might've used the factory wiring, should I try rewiring the FP to see if that helps?

Well if it's only hesitating when it gets to around 15 PSI then that would seem to be your problem. With the 16g, you are running a large amount more power than with a stock turbo, so by not having any sort of boost control or fuel management, you are living dangerously. It hesitating means that you are most liekly haveing your timing pulled by a lean condition form the stock fuel settings from the stock injectors. What this means is you should get an MBC and set it to 12 PSI or less. Or install your new 255 FP and hopefully that will get some more fuel to your engine. Also you should get an SAFC and/or pocketlogger so you can adjust your fuel settings so you won't be knocking like a mofo which it seems like you are now.

Running more power with no way to control or monitor is foolish (I definitely know this from experience and am living the repercussions right now). You have good mods to make power but you don't have any way to monitor or control your engine conditions and that would explain why your engine is running poorly under higher boost.

15psi is alot if you don't have the right setup. you need to go the right way and get the fuel , injectors, FP first..... then a sfac and boost controller.

ummmm... and you wonder why you have boost problems?
Hook the BCS back up or get a MBC.

WOOOOO!!!! I just needed new plug wires. I'm putting on an MBC tonight though. I can still feel the car pull a lot less above like 6K RPMs at full throttle, so I'm going to adjust my BOV (I think it's leaking, I have the spring VERY soft) and see if that helps as well... so, with a BR16G, Walbro 255, 2g Exhaust Manifold, 3" exhaust, 2.5" downpipe, Greddy Type S BOV, and MBC, can I safely run 15psi? a AFPR is next in line, which would you guys recommend.

your turbo is out of air that is why it isn;t pulling hard above 6K

so, with a BR16G, Walbro 255, 2g
>Exhaust Manifold,
Why not just get the evo manifold and port it......while your at it get the evo o2 housing

3" exhaust, 2.5" downpipe,
if your going 3" exaust get a 3" DP
Greddy Type S

No, a BR16G will NOT be out of air at 6,000 rpm. Hell even a 14B pulls till redline.

A ported 2g exhaust manifold flows the same as a ported EVO manifold. What's the difference? Also, an EVO o2 housing puts the downpipe at a different angle than stock. You will need a new DP to mate with the o2 housing outlet. Not worth the hassle.

I have the stock fuel pressure regulator running with an SAFC. I have been doing so since last spring. (a year and a half.) No problems here!

great, I'll save the money then and just buy an S-AFC as my next mod. Will this help me much without getting new injectors? My next three mods will be:

1. S-AFC (because I must have this to utilize the next two)
2. RC 550's
3. 2g MAS

Which should I get first, the injectors or the 2G MAS? My car stops pulling after 10 PSI or so now, I guess it's just pulling timing... so... more fuel?

Thanks Guys!

You have it right. SAFC, then injectors, then 2g MAS. Though tuning with the 2G MAS is much easier than the stocker. It might be worth it to spring for that even before the injectors. You may be dropping counts with the stock 1g MAS which causes problems with performance.
