Everything went very smooth.(<--bullshit) I put everything back together with the new t-belt . Everything looks good and belts are tight and all my timing marks are correct so I start the car and the damn thing was squeeeeeeeling like a muthafu*&% !!! So I turned it off. I inspected the T-belt and I see a little line on in exactly were my old T-belt was fucked up at. So obviously something is still scratching it somewhere . Anyways I have to do the whole thing over again tomorrow and find out what is touching my T-belt and figure out why the belts are squeeeeeeling so loud !

Check to see if the lower timing belt cover is digging into the belt at all down near the crank area. Also check all the pullies and make sure no bolts are in the way. Other than that, I'm not sure what is causing the belt to have problems like that.

My belts rub the lower timing belt cover too. But it's the acc. belts not the timing belt. The cam gears rub a little in the front but the belt doesn't touch. Why is this? Do they warp over time? I need to fix it before the belts start shredding too bad but don't know if it's the cover being warped or if there's a bracket or something bent.

IMO squealing is caused only by the accessory belts. The timing belt can't really squeal, it would just chunk and shred.
I bet the reason for the timing belt getting scored is that a little piece of plastic broke off and fell down inside your timing belt cover. Check all the plastic standoffs and screws that hold it together. Or just destroy it, and leave it off.

well i have the top part of the t-belt cover off i dont think its a good idea to leave the bottom part off too. I had a little bolt break off in the lower cover which was destroying the t-belt but all is well now.
