Got the larger flapper from Forced Performance today Is there any write-ups on how to install it? Im pissed... If I would have known exactly what I was getting I could have Made myself one at work, Im a machinist at a machine shop. Maybe Ill start making my own and sellin 'em for $10 less than FP does

You could try searching/posting on the more 4G63 friendly forums. I don't think too many here have done anything like that other than maybe Jeff and possibly Saberkhan.

according to VFAQ.com To remove the stock valve, you have to grind off the top of the stem where it is peened over the washer. This makes the stock valve unusable in the future unless you weld it to the washer.
