CRAZY boost emoji
Having some fuel issues though. Seems to pull REALLY hard until about 4500 rpms and then the o2's just start dropping off. When I took the first couple runs with everything set the way I had before when it was stock, it didn't seem to be quite so bad but when we richened it up, it got ALOT worse.
Boost creep like a mother fucker too. I can live with 21 psi though. emoji

edit: After looking at the sample settings on the RRE page, I see why the car was leaning out. I'll play with it tomorrow and see if it's ok.

I was having a REALLY weird problem last night with it leaning out like crazy after 5K. No matter how rich we set the S-AFC, the o2's would just drop right off after 5-5.5k. Would have .94-.96v and them start dropping till shift.
I thought maybe I was running too rich in the beginning so the ECU would lean it way out in the upper rpms even with the S-AFC settings set rich. I played around with it a little and decided to just lean it way out in the beginning and have it taper gradually as the rpms went up and had some very good results with these settings.
hi throttle:
1K(-18) 2K(-17) 3K(-17) 4K(-17) 5K(-16) 5.5K(-15) 6K(-15) 7K(-15)

Now understand, the original settings Todd put in last night were somewhere around (+10)-(+34) at a gradual rise.
emoji
Pulls REALLY hard right now and get major wheelspin after I hit full boost but the o2's are staying aroun .93-.96v.
I'm going to play around with it to try to get it to run a "tad" richer just to be safe.

yeah and this is the 16g right? Did you get the EVO model? ANd how is that O2 housing/atomsphere dump working out for you? I'm kinda surprised you're getting so much creep with that, i thought it'd elimate it pretty well, the thing is huge....

Do you have a clutch in? I am only running 14psi. I'm scared to run any higher without a performance clutch. Well anyways, good shit you got the turbo in. Don't you think the T25 was so weak compared to the 16g.

Yeah, I got the EVOIII 16G. I was hoping with the o2 dump, it wouldn't creep but I guess everyone is right and the only REAL way to eliminate/prevent boost creep is with an external wastegate.

I have an A/T. Only 2 pedals here. ;P
It's not so much that the T-25 was "weak". When it hit, it hit hard. It just couldn't keep the power up. With the new turbo, it feels like a jet taking off. It just plants your ass in the seat and keeps right on pulling till you let off. emoji

I have the blue wire mod on my S-AFC. Also, Todd (VX100) was with me for the most part of the day lending a hand when needed and he had his pocket logger with him.

edit: Jarrad, you have a EVOIII 16G, what kind exaust setup are you running. How can you keep it set so low w/out creep?

SAFC gives you O2's. Like Tony said, the blue wire mod lets you view O2's and the blinky A/F gauge is garbage and EGT's have nothing to do with monitoring O2's other than the relationship between O2's and Gas Temps.

AFC gets you the info you need.

It's running again shitheads.
