#10415, "VAF sensor/MFI relay ???"

As many of you know, I did something bad to my car wiht the 16g swap, and it won't idle. I did the electrical test of the "Volume airflow sensor" (haynes) --the thing that clips into the box right behind the filter in the intake tube/assembly

It said to backprobe terminal 4 of the conector and turn the key on...it should read 12v with a voltmeter. Mine read nothing..like .2 volts or so

then it said backprobe terminal 3---supposed to read 4.8-5.2 volts, mine read like 2 something.

When these aren't correct, it said to check the MFI relay and fusible link. What/Where the hell are these relays located?
It says in the "passenger compartment to the right of the console"
emoji

Am I on a wild goose chase here?
TIA!

Positive battery terminal. The fuse box attached there I believe. 4 fuses.

I think.

It's running again shitheads.

Just for searching purposes

If you backprobe your "VAF" sensor (haynes) low voltage for pins 3 and 4 can be cause by improperly installed SAFC's or similar piggyback systems...

rough idle broken SAFC II SAFC2 SAFCII
