i bought a s16g and its alot bigger than the 14b adn i was wondering what visual differences are there between the s16 and the big

Well the largest difference is the 10cm turbine housing as opposed to the 7cm housing on the Big 16G. Hahn will swear on his life that spool time is not affected, but I know several people who had Super 16Gs who sold them to get Big16Gs. The spool time on the Big16G was about 600rpm faster. The top end is slightly better on the S16G, so it is really a toss up.

As far as other visual differences, I would need to see the two side by side to tell.

Did you mean s16g as in super 16g, or s16g as in small 16g?

you'll have to put it against another to compare. It's hard to tell just from looking at a pic of a lone turbo.
