Manifold to turbo is 55ft lbs if I remember correctly. I don't really remember the torque specs for the turbo to 02. Get a Haynes manual though. They are like $15 and they will give you the torque spec to 95% of the bolts on the car.

Make sure you use washer for the manifold to turbo bolts or they will back out.

You need to use TWO washers for each bolt or they will back out

Here is a good recipe (Josh W. from NewenglandDSM) to make sure they won't back out, but still come out when you want them to:

Use nickel based anti-seize that is temperature rated as high as you can find. NAPA sells some decent stuff.

Use 2 washers on each bolt. The washers are actually called "Coned Disc Springs," and they provide tension on the turbo bolts. This is how the 2Gs come. These are special washers. Only get them from Mitsu.

There are 2 dots on one side of each washer. The two washers should be placed so that the sides without the dots are facing eachother.

Buy 4 new bolts. These things get very hot and fatigue over time.

Personally, I prefer to use the 2G method of tightening these bolts. I've only ever broken one of these bolts, and it was on the car for a very long time.

Torque the bolts to 20 to 23ft-lbs. Then turn each of them an additional 60 to 70 degrees.

If you follow these directions, the bolts won't come loose, and they shouldn't snap when you loosen them.

The washers are part number MR187848 from Mitsu.
