Well, from just looking at it, the 1g has this big flange on the bottom and the 2g just connects with a hose clamp, someone help pleez, TIA

You get a metal upper IC pipe. You can't put a 1g BOV on a stock plastic 2g UICP. Aftermarket metal IC pipes can come flanged for 1g BOVs.

The upper IC pipe from 1Gs are not really pipes. It consists of two rubber hoses joined by a metal tube for the BOV flange. The 1g TB elbow is smaller than the 2G, so the hose will not fit over the 2G elbow. Also, the hole for the sidemount is in a different location, so the lower hose will not fit either. You just have to get a new upper IC pipe. No way around it.

you can buy an adapter that has a small tube with a flange for a 1G bov. It just slides in where the 2G BOV was.
I'm gonna get a link right now. It was $30something if I remember correctly.
