i just bought a turbo XS bov from my local tuner shop. it wasn't my first choice in BOV's but i only paid 100 for it. anyway i dont' have an aftermarket intercooler pipe or anything like and i have already tried to make it fit just using the factory BOV location but it doesn't work. so what will i have to get to make it fit? i know prostreet has a kit for sale to make it fit but i was wondering if that was to the stock piping and what all comes with it? also when i do decide to get an intercooler pipe wich pipe fit the TurboXS? thanks guys!

You mean you still have the factory plastic upper IC pipe? Seriously?

Go to dejontool.com and order their Upper intercooler pipe flanged for turboXS bov. its not that expensive, plus it sure looks a hella better than the stock rubber shit.

TurboXS isnt really a good idea for 4G63 unless you have a VPC or some kinda GM MAS , or stand alone that'll allow you to vent to atmosphere without problems.

Yep, very true. I am on the fence when it comes to venting. I do not do it but I know of several people who do with no problems. The only problem is though, TXS is not the best BOV on the market and they will leak at idle eventually. The spring wears out really quick. I use one on my 420A and when it started to go, the car had turbo lag like holy hell, takes forever to spool. On your 4g motor though, when it starts to leak, it will no longer want to idle and possibly die between shifts. The only way to Vent a 4g with the minimal problems without doing it the right way is to use a SSQV or a Type S becuase you can adjust them closed.
