local guy wants to trade his 16g for my 14b. my 14b has some play but nothing extreme. he says its a s16g with about 10k miles but a couple of blades are chipped and it doesnt have much play.

don't do it.
Just save up a little and get a brand new one. Then sell your 14B to make a little back.

I agree with Jeff and Tony. Why would you want to buy a turbo with problems already ?
