It's pretty damn fun.

I have not gone fishing in a while, and when I did I didn't catch anything... But I went today and caught 6 fish, and I'm not going to lie, pretty small. 1 bass (8 inches), 1 something (looked like bass but huge fins), and 4 decent bluegills.

I'm going fishing again friday because it was just that much fun... sitting out there all by myself staring at the water. But next time I'm bringing a bucket so I can bring home a free meal and give myself an excuse to use my new grill.

i like small stream trout fishing or river fishing. anything else is pretty bland...well except for deep sea fishing.

I fish year round. Ice fishing, trout fishing, Bass, deep sea. Right now I am in the middle of a great start of trout season and a decent bass spawn period. Love it. Caught a 7 pound bass last year. Getting it stuffed.

Ya gotta love lake fishing, I used to fish alot of fresh but after I got a boat I started to do alot of salt. But latly I find its very relaxing to grab my old gear and head down to a lake for a min or two. On tuesday I went down for 15 min, I was throwing a white worm with a 3/0 off set shank gami, caugh 2 bas, 10 inch and 18 inch and just went home. BTW make sure the fish you keep are within the state reg's, you can get some pretty cool tickets.

Yeah, I have to look that up before I take any home with me. Hopefully I catch some big enough to take.

That used to be all I used to do inthe summer, besides swimming and playing street hockey, back when I was a freshman in highschool and all before that. Ever since then its been mostly drinking and work and college, lol. Then I got in a big fight with the kid I always went with and haven;t fished since, minus two times in Florida off the piers which actually was petty fun, caught a baby shark that wrestled and felt like a big ass fish. Hopefully one day I'll pick up the habit again, all my rods and everything in my tacklebox has disappeared over the years.

My roommate and I went fishing last week and sure, we caught some fish...

Of course Fish and Game stopped by after my roommate said (and yes, I'm quoting him making fun of me for buying a fishing license) "When have you ever been asked for a fishing license? Nobody will ask for it".... He got a $75 ticket for a $13 license, dumbass! I had a license and laughed my ass off at him!

what a dumbass lol. i have a story kinda like that. me and my buddy went night fishing after work for some walleye. well we get all the way to the lake and we realize we packed everything up BUT the licenses. well we were like we never get asked for it we'll go fishing, plus in pa if you get a license you also get a stub with it incase you lose it and i keep mine in my wallet. well we go down to the lake and were there for like an hour and a half and we decided to move to another part of the lake. well we pack up and head up to the car well sure enough a wardon was pulled in and blocked us off and asked for our licenses. of course we didnt have them and when i went to get my wallet i apparently left that at home too. me and my buddy explained to him that we do have licenses we just left it at home and he let us go, but took our info down and what not and said if we dont produce our licenses within 2 days that he'll have us arrested. we got them to him the next day lol.
