Since I posted this in the 4g63 section yesterday I'll just copy/paste:

The whole goal of that car was to see how far the stock bottom end could go. It runs on Megasquirt and is tuned by one of the most knowledgeable Megasquirt tuners. The car ran an 11.9 earlier this season but I'm not sure what horsepower he was at then.

If they figure they were going to build it anyway, it sounds like fun to push the motor to see what it can do before you blow it.

I seriousley don't know if it's gonna happen right now. I'm trying to buy a house and imo, that is a little more important than another car emoji

Motor is lined up in a friends garage. The pic in my sig is just from 3rotor.com emoji but thats pretty much what I'm going for if it does happen.

I'm trying to buy this hachi from a kid in town......for $500 emoji I'll rip it APART and gut it and make it an "intense" track car.

I think.
