Okay as most of you remember the discuss previously in our old post on muscle building formula's I went w/ every1's advise and got on the 100% whey protein and the no-xplode creatine.

I will have to say, i was pretty impressed w/ the combo. The no-xplode though just made be build a little more muscle (which is fine) but now I am looking into something that will just straight out get me CUT quickly. I have plenty of muscle, but I am not that CUT really. I have semi-cuts ya know, but I want to be real cut, lol.

Any advise on what to take besides a steroid/pro steroid to get cut pretty quickly guys?

There's a few guys where I work that claim Hydroxycut is the best thing out there for getting ripped. I personally would recommend just more cardio but that my thoughts on the subject. Does that no-xplode make you go to the bathroom alot? Some guy told me it gave him the shits right after taking it.

Lose weight and cardio, the creatine probably gave you more water retention also. When it comes to supplements for cutting, i cant help you there, ive never had to cut.

Creatine will allow you to use heavier weights while cutting to force your body to retain more lean mass. Of course as long as proper nutritional intake is provided.

Ya I have a proper diet and am in good shape. I can lift a good amount of weight. Like I said, I have plenty of the muscle, its just that my body wont get "cut"

I dont need to lose weight, thats the problem, if I lose weight, I am going to look funky, lol.

Anything else out there besides this hydro stuff to help get cut?

The best way is to keep eating 1 gram of protein per lb you weigh, cut down on carbs and far, drink water, water, water, and run a few times a week.

Anything you take you will not just gain muscle off the bat. You need to work in order to get those improvements. What creatine and other body building formulas are doing is giving you more energy and repairing your muscles quicker after a work out. I take something similar to what you mentioned everday after I do p.t. Its important that you drink alot of water, and maintain a well balanced diet. If you don't do a good amount of physical exercise and eat correctly you will find yourself getting fat more than you will get ripped. I'd be happy to give you some good calastetic exercises you can do around the house that will beat your ass, but make you feeling great 2 days after.

Thats just another more expensive creatine. That will not will help you cut.

Edit: If you lose weight why will you look funky? Confused lol. The reason you are not cut or defined is because your muscles have fat around them. Therefore, you need to lose that fat so you become defined, or "cutting." Its hard to lose the fat without losing muscle, resistance training might be something you would want to look into for that.

This guy's totally right. I found out recently that bodybuilder's bulk up big time when they start their season and then shred it all up a few weeks before their competitions. But what always happens is that when they go to cut it up they lose some muscle and also strength. What you can do is take vitamins, protein, and eat six small portion meals throughout the day to limit muscle loss. If you dont want to take Hydroxycut what you can do is look for info on other ways of increasing your metabolism. I read somewhere that green tea makes you lose weight and there's a few other things like coffee that also can increase your metabolism and aid in fat loss. Search some of the bodybuilding and fitness sites for suggestions.

yeah all bodybuilders bulk up during the off season. its the only way to gain size. thats why you always see off season weight and contest weight. bodybuilders are at their weakest during contest time, they are so shredded, and to get like that, you have to cut a lot out of your diet and it kills your energy levels.

example...heres ronnie coleman doing some off season posing

and here he is shredded for mr o

btw who told you to take creatine to cut...it makes you retain water and be bloated...take a caffeine and ephedra stack if you want to burn fat

If I lose weight I think I would look funny cuz I am already normal sized. If I lose more weight, I will look too skinny for my shoulders and what not. Trust me, I tried, lol, looked fucked up, hahahah!

Anyway, I guess I will just start taking more protein and get some good vitamins and keep on the no-xplode.

Thanks guys.

When i use to work out i used creatine to gain strength, creatine allows your muscles to become saturated with water giving them a bigger stronger appearance, down side is excess water gives bloated look. Hydroxycut does exactly that, it cuts that excess water, hydroxycut is not a fat burner and will only make you loose excess water in your body. If your built but your not cut theres only two reasons for this, 1) because of fat and 2) because of excess water
if your problem is water than take hydroxycut, if your problem is fat than take some kind of accelerated fat burner, right now the best thing on the market is ripped fuel extreeme cut, give it a try.
