CG= fake navy... j/p I got a bunch of friend in the gaurd and mess around all of the time. Gotta love being out on the water though... even when its shitty its a blast.

you know what you really want to do is transfer service to active navy emoji I am Navy and always thought about how badass it would be to be a Special Warfare Combatant Crewmman. Drive tight ass boats with badass weapons and toat the SEALs everywhere. But then again I enjoy my job as an airman

Ummm no, We have tons of cool boats and the best coxwains in the world. The boat pictured is our heavy weather SAR boat, we also have 2 25' defender class safe boats that have a top speed of 49 knots and can turn on a dime. People need to stop comparing the navy to the coast guard. The only things we have in common are we float and we have similar rates and ranks.

yeah i agree i used to be Navy for 6 years and i hated it. hated the aircraft carrier and hated my whole life in it. coast guard all the way!
