AGAIN I get ripped off on a car purchase. Me and my friends bought a parts car for $600 last week. Today I go to change the title on it. The guy said that it had been registered as a non-op. Nope. The lady at AAA tells me that it hasnt been registered since 2002 and there are $381 in back fees on it. Hey, its pretty cool to know that this is the second time in 3 months that I've been screwed over by a car purchase (my eclipse leaked a quart of oil every 300 miles, and coolant, and air). Its nice to know there is a constant supply of assholes out there willing to screw over broke 17 year olds. I honestly don't know what I'm going to do. I have NO money, and my name is on the title. Ive got 2 days to change the title. Why is it that the guys like me, who pay for all their shit, and try to make shit work, ALWAYS get screwed over. Why can't daddy's little m3 boy get screwed over for just ONCE. Honestly who screws over 17 year olds like this on CAR purchases. This isnt bubble gum. This is shit I've worked hard for and saved for, unlike a LOT of people I know. Frustrated.

I've got a parts car in my garage right now with no title. Now, I know where the title is and I know it's clean. I just need to go get it. I don't need it to part the car out, just to get rid of the car legitimately. If you strip the car and abandon it somewhere, the police will contact the last known owner of the car for any fees or fines, imo. Strip that bitch and ditch it. Should anyone ever ask you about it, the seller misinformed you of the title and you gave it back.

65 bucks for a GST exhaust I never received.. paypal dispute in my favor, but couldn't recover any funds... little prick got away with it again.
My fault though, there was a thread in the bad guys section and this time I didn't check, so I can't make that big of a deal out of it, but if I ever met him, he'd go home with some permanent scars.

i hate to say it bud..but your just gonna have to learn to deal with that. it may be a rather overly-broad generalization..but those who actually work hard, do things right, and treat people with the most respect are the ones who are almost ALWAYS walked all over, screwd, and put out. somehow it seems the more you fuck people over, the bigger the asshole you are, and the more dishonest shit you do..you get ahead in this life soooo much faster. there are exceptions to much of this...but those exceptions are rare.
and for those of us that dont think on this level and were taught so much differently..its a hard thing to grasp and understand.
