Last Monday on ebay I listed a Gizzmo dual stage LED shift light and as of today only 13 people have even clicked on the page let alone bid over 99 cents.
I thought for sure somone would at least be looking for an item like this. I understand many people bid at they very end of the auction but the low page view count seems really odd.
Are shift lights a thing of the past now or did I not put the right key words in the title?
I'm not trying to sell this to anyone here I'm just asking if I've listed it wrong. I see them for sale on speed shop websites for over $100 new. I thought for sure I would get more action on it by now.

It looks good to me... I think perhaps shift lights on street cars just aren't as desired as they used to be.

You have 4 days left is whats wrong :p. When I am on ebay if i see something like this I just either "watch the item" or save it in my favorites. You should see a big spike in bids closer to the end. Just be patient

I know that no one bids early. The low amount of page views seemed odd though.
I'll let it ride to the end as I'm selling it for a 2G friend but I wanted to be sure my poor ad writing skills didn't short change his profit.

buyers hate reading and generally spend about 10 secs on avg viewing an ebay auction. gotta make words, bright, bold and as concise as possible - sorta grab their attention at first, then proceed informative after that to educate them of wtf they're looking at. lol
when was the last time you listed an item for sale in ebay or ebay motors?
I have my crank scrapers on and am getting low views and watchers, much less than a yr or more ago when I used to be a more active seller.
Seems like the ebay motors crowd has died alot due to: 1. plethera of chinese knockoff products clouding search results 2. outrageous fees irritated both buyers/sellers away from the site 3. economy and/or car scene dieing down
the ebay lifestyle has steadily decreased due to meg whitman resigning and new corporate structure changes put in place. These changes weren't appealing, and you've now seen first hand stats.
Some categories are different though, like electronics. many ppl have been burnt by ebay purchases and yes, PAYPAL's slick "interventions" acting as a judge slamming its gavel, and they're sick of it.
