I will polish the Bee too Terry. How did the build come along? Last I talked to you about it, you were building the top end I think? If I recall, you were swapping out valve springs or something??
Actually, it was pretty cut and dry buying the new home. Closing took longer since everything actually went through Fannie Mae, but other than that, it was cake.
I put the house up for sale again, after I tried 2 years ago, and couldnt get it sold in a year. This time, I only had it up for about 2 months, put it up FS by owner this time. So many people came through and wanted to know if I would rent. I said no. Then come to think of it, it is a renters and buyers market now. Set the rent $50 higher than my payment, and no joke, for about a week, had nearly 70 phone calls. Took 30 or so applications and found a good small family to rent it out. Guy works for Time Warner, some type of supervisor, and finacee stays at home cleaning all day while watching their 2 yr old daughter. Couple told us 2 weeks ago they might be interested in purchasing after the year lease is up. Love it.
Anyways, Terry, dont know if your busy or what, but we talked before about heading to Cedar Point for a weekend. If you want, their HalloFest or whatever its called starts this weekend, I am bringing my son up there this weekend actaully, but maybe if you are free, we could go up one night, lasts until second week of november. You are welcome to crash at the new house after too, we have MORE than enough room here now. Then you could wire the Eclipse too. Speaking of, I need another harness, lost mine through the move I guess  -MIKE-
