No, I was pretty much just wanting to flush my system and see how I felt. I'm not looking to deprive my body from anything. Just looking to possibly feel "better" in general. I figured it couldn't hurt anything. I just came across this, I planned on researching it and getting others opinions on it before attempting anything.

In that case, eat a balanced diet low in meats, sodium, and processed foods, exercise regularly, don't smoke, and get at least 8 hours sleep every night on a consistent schedule.
