Replace your wheels in the pics with either a spare donut or steelies add eithe wheel chock or bricks in front/behind the tires depending on how it sits.

Hopefully you could still use your brakes and steering after you pull the motor and tranny.

After you stripped the car down only thing left would be the chasis on cheap wheels.

Look at the attach picture. This is to give you an ideal what your part out would look like.

Take it down to shell and scrape it, you'd get a few bills from it. You'll still have to sign over the title keep this in mind.

Note: the Mopar in my attachment is Joe Rogan's 1970 hemi cuda restoration from chip foose on overhaulin'.

as long as it can roll you'll be fine. The car's pretty light to push once you get the motor trans and other random crap out of it, so you'll be able to get it out of the garage without issue so it can be loaded onto a truck.

I've taken a car that was completely stripped of everything but the shell and had a few friends come over and help me lift it onto a flatbed.

Another trick I've pulled is stripping the whole thing down and setting the shell on a set of furniture dollies.

That's if you want to completely remove the suspension and everything

i was thinking that. 4 dollies, one on each corner? or 2 dollies, one in back/front? also, when you lifted it with your buddy(ies), how many ppl and where were their positions as they lifted. Each corner or what

We used 4 heavy duty dollies, one under each jackpoint. As far as lifting the whole car I think there was 8 or 10 of us and it was pretty easy.

do you think 2 furniture dollies would work? one near the firewall, one near the rear? Just to move it up against a tow truck that would back into the driveway and winch it up. few feet.

Maybe two very strong homade wide dollies, underneath the subframe. One by the firewall and other beside seats where the gas tank.

You lift one side front /rear with an engine hoist, and slow lower it on a dollie.

thanks guys . Im liking the dolly idea . I have 4 car dollies already . The car is on jack stands so im thinking i can slide the dollies under the frame and jack it down onto the dollies . The only thing im a little worried about is not being able to stop it from rolling away lol . Driveway is like 0 degree incline . I doubt i will have a problem though cuz you guys said it should be pretty light and ill probably get a few friends to help . i am however a little bit concerned with the dollies caching the grooves in the sidewalk .

Drag it up the bed. I have both sent shells away like that and towed like that. If the owner doesnt care about the driveway or the car. Hook and pull. The winch will pull it right up the bed.

just wanted to update with what i did . I put the frame on dollies .We got it about halfway out of the garage when one dolly caught a crack in the sidewalk and fell off lol . The flatbed then lifted the front up and pulled it onto the flatbed .I made like a 12" scratch on the sidewalk but after rubbing it with my foot it came out . all in all no dammage . Thanks for all the help .
