Considering they painted the gray portion of the bumper I'm gonna go with the "pretty decent repaint" job.
judging by the pic, it's not really close to the blue that the 95-96 models used.

i have no idea whats under the hood as far as paint color. i just found that on craigslist and thought it was clean with only 8XXXX miles on it. yeah the doorjams are always a plus. and yeah i did notice how the front bumper was completely blue. rather than the black part on the front.
i was just curious because ive never seen this color. i think it looks awesome.

yes it is indeed a repaint. upon searching for cars on autotrader, i found the car at a dealership...looks like it was originally silver, clean car. i want it. sorry for the huge link...not very computer savvy...
