Call me crazy but it actually has some potential. If they put a stock looking hood with VIS style vents instead of the voltron hood that's on there now, made an attempt to mold the front flares/kit into the front bumper, took that Thanksgiving Day turkey tray off the roof of the car and painted it a nice blue color, it would actually look decent.

Ironically, the build thread is on Honda-Tech, since he had no love for Neons.org for some reason. Been going on since 2007 so some of the Photosuckit hosting is gone now.
