#40307, "Caught in a Recession Scam "

I've been moving back to Alliance this past two weeks. My cousin/landlord wasn't paying the mortage on the house I was renting.
Found out this wasn't paid for a over a year, and I recieved calls from her mortage company twice a day in the past month.

Its good and bad

Bad
Alliance sux, because its an hour drive hour drive to anywhere.

Good
I could start visiting my kid more often, I live kinda close and plus I'll be able save gas when the visits starts up.

Heh.

I had a had a huge ordeal with the house I rented not being paid for.

I decided to buy it from under him, got two weeks from closing and discovered that the three year old house needed 70k worth of foundation work.

Glad to see you got out of it emoji

Thats cool/good. I wanted to do the same thing to my cousin. When my debt is cleared sometime this year. The repairs would be around 100k more than its worth.

The place I'm at now is in a Historical part of town, 60 yr old house with all original hardwork, trim, floors, stairs sliding doors that seperates the diningroom /living room. Under the carpets is the original hardwood floor.

I live across from a tire shop ( Terry's tire ) which is great. Because If my cazy ex. or someone slashes my tires. I could get new ones across the street and have the cops at my door step within five minutes, the PDis up the street from me also.

Thanks man, it was about a four day moving trip.

Recently seen a couple 2g's around town and one Bright Orange 95 gsx riced, on my way to work through the countryside.

Hopefully, I won't have any problems this time around.

Kid moved back in with me for the same reason. The house he was renting was being foreclosed on. The only way he found out was the bank sent the mail to his address.

Good ending to story is, he lived with me for a year and just bought his house. We're currently fixing it up.
