Posted the car on Craigslist and I gotta sort through these stupid things;

i am michael mccoy i live at 3901 COMMERCE PARKWAY
MIRAMAR, FL , i saw the advert of the vehicle that was posted at the website i am
highly willing to purchase it asap and am hoping you will be glad to sell it for
me ,let me know your final selling price also i will like some pics attachment if
available . as per payment method i will not be able to make payment in CASH due
to the fact that i will
be leaving the state tomorrow on speculative purpose. but payment would
be issued out to you by my colleague immediately...... My method of payment are as follows...

E trade transfer
Citibank transfer
certified cashiers check or bank check

i will have my colleague handle the
payment, my colleague is presently in the state. i will have him make payment to you immediately upon your term of payment prefered .

Those are the only means of payment I can offer you
now due to my departing schedule, and i will like us to trust each other that
is to say to be on the the same hand am make the transaction smooth , as per the
pick up, You should not worry i have a reputable shipping agent that will come
down to your house for the pick up as soon as payment was done and cleared in
your account.

and if you have City bank Account or E trade and you prefer bank tranfer that why is easier and smooth, send me your bank information in order to make the transfer to you.

The car is currently priced for $45,146.82. If I get this price, it will cover the costs to have my leg amputated and have a peg leg put on instead. The current condition of the car is great! I have painted a pirate flag onto every seat and overlaid all the trim with old wood from a real pirate ship and installed a bird cage in the trunk for my parrot. I had similiar emails from people when I was selling my car through CL. DON'T DO IT!!! I repeat DON'T DO IT....my cousin got scammed like this and lost his car and the money. If you are going to sell anything on CL always meet the person in person and have your bank verify every check. I went so far as to get two fraudulent checks caught by my credit union. I filed police reports and played along till he called and I could get a voice recording. It was fun helping the police try to catch this guy...although I am not sure what could be done because the guy seemed like a foreigner.

Hey Erik, those are freakin' funny. But I was thinking about a little correspondence that would fuck with them while wasting there time. Using, say, sexual inuendoes and really big words while feigning interest. The funny part to me would be how long I could string them along.

But now that I consider this idea, it sounds like there may be time and effort needed for a such an endevour. Damn, I'm way to lazy for that.
