Ive got a set of canadian seatbelts (non-automatic) in my 92 that I got from a ca.dsm.org member. Im going to say yes they were available in Canada from the start because the seatbelts I have came off a 90 Eclipse a guy was parting out. Otherwise why would they have a Canada specific option on these cars?

When I was younger my father married a canadian in the 90's my step bro owned a Galant Vr4 twin Hyundai 4g63 turbo, it was awesome ride through the mountains similar to touge. At the same he mentioned to me about Magnus, he's from Ontario Toronto to be exact.
