It's a 96 auto and all it needs is a new head gasket, a major tune up and alot of love lol! Just picked it up from the junkyard yesterday, and I can't wait to tear into it! Not going to put alot of money into it though, just get it running good, clean it up and maybe throw on a few extra parts I have laying around the garage. I wish I had pics of all the damn trash that was in it, I swear you couldn't see the back seats/cargo area or the floor board. Someone did NOT appreciate this car one bit, but it's in good hands now.

That is wicked cool. I love it when people bring them back to life...I do both, the salvaged ones I bring back to life by selling the parts to the ones needing help...

If you need a hand with the headliner let me know and I'll tell you what you need to recover it. It might cost you $40 in materials. Also, if the tranny is shot and you want another one to rebuild I have one here.
Sorry to whore up your thread. Good find though. Have fun with it.

Yeah it does need ALOT of work. As far as how much I paid for it, I actually made money off it with all the change I gathered while cleaning it out lol. Not to mention the new Infinity speakers/crossovers and iPod radio adapter that was left in it. I feel like I won the lottery! Oh and that thing in front of the egr is an aftermarket cruise control unit, which will be removed.

I think I've got more than 24 hours of work in it already lol.
So far I've replaced the head gasket, water pump, timing belt/tensioner, motor mounts, hood, door handles, a window regulator, struts, currently installing rear disc brakes not to mention completely disassembling the interior to clean and replace damaged panels. Got a set of 2ga sideskirts too I still need to go get and install. Now if I could find some decent wheels...
